Safety Staff

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated or have minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
• S1 / D3 Occupational Safety and Health with GPA > 2.75 from reputable University.

• Highly self motivated, self confidence and willingness to learn.
• Deph knowledge about job safety analysis, safety regulations, and OHSAS 18001

Safety Staff

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated or have minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.

• D3 Civil Engineering with GPA > 2.75 from reputable University.
• Male, maximum 25 years old.
• Highly self motivated, self confidence and willingness to learn.
• Depth knowledge about energy saving and building maintenance.

Production Engineering Staff (PE)

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated or have minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
• S1 / D3 Mechanical Engineering with GPA > 2.75 from reputable University.

• Excellent knowledge about alloy casting ,or machining, or painting process
• Depth knowledge about technical drawing, statistic, Pro Model, AUTO CAD, and Pro Eng.

The Project Operations Manager (III) will support GRM Project(s) through

Selection Criteria:

The successful candidate will possess:

another bilateral donor, including managing long and short term
consultants, project start-up & closeout, achieving milestones and
interpreting project plans

· Minimum 2 years of people management experience, including
setting clear performance objectives, managing for results, giving and
receiving feedback, performance evaluation and mentoring and coaching
consultants/employees

· At least 2 years of experience in a developing country or
similar environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English and Bahasa Indonesian (preferred)

· Knowledge of Indonesian public sector and experience
working with government agencies (preferred)

· Experience working on Poverty Reduction projects or
initiatives (preferred)
